Abbreviated CV including list of related “relevant” publications or awards. No more than 3 pages. Please note, that specific amounts required must be clearly set out in the proposed budget. The Puentes Consortium does not commit to cover expenses that were not properly disclosed by the time of application.

Proof of collaboration arrangement with Faculty member at host University (please specify department). Host institution’s commitment to the visiting scholars is limited to: work space, library access, laboratory access (if applicable). Files must be less than 2 MB. Allowed file types: pdf.
